The application for Interstate Telehealth Registration for dentists and dental hygienists is now available under Applications. Anyone wishing to apply for a registration will need to print and complete the paper application and submit it to this office until further notice. The following new specialty designations are now available for licensure: Dental Anesthesiology, Oral Medicine, and Orofacial Pain.
